The Dog and his Shadow



Once a dog stole a piece of meat from the way. It ran away to a jungle on his way there was a river. On crossing the river by bridge he saw his own reflection in the water.

He thought that there is another dog with another piece of meat, so he tried to snatch away that piece. The dog opened his mouth and barked and due to this his own piece fell into the water and lost his own piece of meat.

Moral: Greed is a curse

Lesson: The lesson learned is that never become greedy, enjoy what you have and never try to steal or grab others things, due to this you’ll lose your own.

Once a fox was too much hungry. He went out in search of food, after some time he reached vineyard (Variety of Grape). There he saw a bunch of grapes, his mouth began to water. He rushed towards them, but unfortunately, the grapes were too high. He tried again and again but failed. Al last he gave up and remain hungry still. He went saying that “The Grapes are Sour.” Moral: People pretend to dislike things that they cannot get. Lesson: The lesson learned is that, believe in yourself and never gave up, because, in the beginning, people see things from their perspective, but not according to your views. The majority of the people dislike the plans/dreams in the beginning and this is the reason many people give up because there is no one to support them. So, just believe in yourself when no one else, if you failed, try again and again, and one day you'll achieve your dreams/goals.
